We will give you all the tools, knowledge, and products you need to become a great salesperson. If you are a people person and love taking care of customers wants and needs, explaining advantages and benefits of the product they are considering to purchase we would love to have you be part of our team.
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Attending to customers' needs and concerns by carefully listening to their responses, to determine the best action suitable.
- Follow the assigned process, meet and greet, asses the customers want and needs, presentation of the vehicle, test drive, and go over all the pricing.
- Constitutionally monitor all the customers are being assisted and reassuring they are having a pleasant experience.
- Negotiating a win/win scenario for the customer and the dealership.
- Go over the necessary documents involved in leasing, financing or outright purchase with the customer and explain all the details before they sing.
- Demonstrate the new vehicle to the customer and make sure they are comfortable using all the new features so they can safely operate the new vehicle.
